Thicker Turret
The thicker turret of our CNC hydraulic turret punch press is made of wear-resistant material. It comes with long guide, which guarantees the precise alignment of the punch and die and prolongs their service life. Its well arranged turret layout allows the user to change the dies easily.
Controlling System
This machine is equipped with FANUC or SIEMENS control system and AC servo system. It has features like RS232 standard interface, Chinese and English management system, self-diagnostic function, auto protection function for gripper and punching head, universal G code programming. With this versatile controlling system, the CNC hydraulic turret punch press carries out on-line data transferring, which greatly reduces the programming time and increase the working efficiency.
Hydraulic System
This CNC hydraulic turret punch press adopts German H+L hydraulic system. It delivery little noise, vibration and heat, and is of overload protection and a stable punching force in the complete stroke.
Auto-index Station Rotation
Two suits of auto-index stations are of special worm and wheel construction, which eliminates the clearance. They can be quickly and randomly rotated to any angle position for a large working range. This greatly reduces the demands of the tool, preparation and processing time.
Full Floating Clamps
We are the first China punch press manufacturer that adopts full floating clamps. The full floating clamps of this CNC hydraulic turret punch press could float vertically. It improves the loading efficiency, optimizes the load condition and delivers big clamping force. Its gutter type connection makes it really easy to move.
Tooling
The universal tooling of thick turret long guide series is of high rigidity, good wear-resistance, good guidance and a long service time. It requires no shim after regrinding. With auto indexing stations, the working range could be expanded.
Transmission System
Ball screw and large traverse linear guide of famous brand are adopted in this hydraulic punch press. Their high precision ensures the driving and positioning precision.
Compound Table of Nylon Brushes and Balls
The table of this CNC punch press enables stainless steel and other special surface materials to be smoothly and quietly processed without scrapes.
Auto-programming
The auto-programming function of this CNC hydraulic turret punch press is able to turn the CAD files into CNC machining commands. Functions like tool library management, automatic tooling, special tool optimization, punch path optimization, post-processing, automatic repositioning, etc., are also available.
Frame
This CNC hydraulic turret punch press adopts overall welded frame, which is of high strength and good rigidity. The frame goes through heat treatment and shot blast and is released of inner stress, ensuring the good stability and long service life the tools and itself.
