CNC Slitting Production Line

The CNC slitting production line is used to decoil, slit and roll the metal plate into finished products with required width. It is used for processing common carbon steel plate, medium carbon steel plate and low alloy steel plate.
As required, this production line can be equipped with an EPC automatic centering system to facilitate material feeding, improve productivity and precision, and protect plate surface. The EPC automatic edge controlling system can also be offered to ensure the uniform rewinding, which is especially suitable for rewinding wide plate.
The CNC slitting production line is composed of a loading car, decoiler, leveler, shearing machine, slitting machine, scrap recoiler, tensioning mechanism, recoiler, discharging device and so on.
